Dave is a lifelong resident of the Mankato area. He has been a business owner since 1999 at Stoufers Auto, Trailer, Golf Car Sales of Madison Lake. Dave’s interest in real estate started at a young age when his parents introduced him to the concept of flipping homes. Dave and Tana have bought and sold several of their own homes and owns rental properties. A real estate enthusiast, Dave monitored new listings online on a daily basis for years prior to becoming a licensed agent. Dave is excited to have joined the True Real Estate team with his wife and partner, Tana. 

In Dave’s spare time he enjoys traveling, cruising around Madison Lake on their pontoon, biking, hiking and spending time with his family. Dave is very involved in the Paddlefish Days celebration and fundraising activities for the City of Madison Lake.
